Laci Budd, CPSM

Laci Budd is a spirited and strategic marketing and communications professional with over 15 years of experience spanning both public and private sectors. Since entering the AEC industry in 2018, she has cultivated a deep appreciation for the built environment and the ways in which thoughtful design contributes to thriving communities.

At SLATTERY, Laci leads key marketing initiatives—from proposal development and business development support to client engagement and integrated campaigns. She is passionate about supporting her team in creating beautiful, impactful work and is committed to making design accessible and meaningful for everyone.

Laci is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS). She is deeply engaged in advancing the AEC industry through her participation in ElevateHER, an initiative focused on equity and diversity in the built environment, and through various leadership and mentorship programs that foster growth, inclusion, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
