Simple Science Juices
Through an innovative product line of cold-pressed juices and organic foods, Simple Science Juices provided Midwest communities with locally sourced, nutritional on-the-go options. Slattery initially worked with Simple Science to develop a consistent, quality brand standard that was demonstrated in an initial retail prototype built in the Crossroads neighborhood of Kansas City, Missouri. Opening in 2016, this space was among the first retail locations to the new streetcar line. After a highly successful launch of this integration of brand, product, and space, the prototype was custom fitted into an additional four locations in various Midwest communities.
