Amy Slattery, the Founder and CEO of Odimo, was invited to serve as part of the jury for the 2022 Design Awards through the Colorado AIA (American Institute of Architects). The jury was made up of five experts in design, and they discussed the merits of 100+ submissions.

The AIA Awards recognize individuals and teams who use the power of architecture to make a difference in their communities. The AIA celebrates teamwork, growth, and architecture that improves our daily lives. Previous award recipients have designed innovative and creative schools, homes, hotels, and community spaces.

Why Slattery Was Selected As a Juror

Amy Slattery is nationally known for her expertise in design. She was an American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Young Architects Award recipient in 2011. She was honored by Engineering-News Record as a Midwest Top 20 under 40 in 2012. She was recognized as a Next Gen Leader in 2018 and recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as Woman Who Means Business in 2020.
