University of Saint Mary Campus Master Plan

University of Saint Mary (USM) has requested a Campus Master Plan (CMP) to provide a vision and a road map for the next five to ten years with intermediate phasing. Building from the work completed in the 2014 CMP, this plan will integrate the requirements of the University’s mission, strategic direction, and educational programs. The CMP will include the Main Campus in Leavenworth, the Overland Park Campus, and considerations for the Sisters of Charity, who are also located on the Leavenworth Campus.

The Campus Master Plan will establish the planning principals and a framework that will guide future building renewal, development, and enhancement of the campus environment while addressing immediate needs. The University leadership has held several sessions with directors to identify priorities and needs. Key to this project is also reimagining the use of existing facilities.
