Davis Ridge
Davis Ridge is a capstone component of the larger Highlander neighborhood community. Combining high-quality affordable apartments with superior neighborhood amenities, Davis Ridge offers a unique approach to urban living for a community unaccustomed to exceptional design.
Situated within easy reach of midtown and downtown Omaha, the project connects residents to a network of essential civic and cultural destinations. Surrounding anchors include Midtown Crossing, the vibrant 24th & Lake Cultural District, Creighton University, and Creighton University Medical Center.
Set on the hill above the Highlander Accelerator community building, the architecture extends a cohesive multi-phase development with views to public greenspace and downtown Omaha. Seven small buildings, inspired by the city’s legacy of six-plex workforce housing, are efficiently sited on a narrow parcel to create a familiar urban experience at a neighborhood scale. Together, they reinterpret a proven housing typology to deliver dignified, high-quality living that strengthens community connections and reinforces the surrounding neighborhood while offering residents a strong sense of place and belonging.
